Firm and Branch Registration Applications
 Adobe Acrobat Software version 7.9 or higher is required.

The Board will no longer be sending out annual Firm/Branch applications.
You as the Principal Registrant will be REQUIRED to download the Firm Registration Form, fill it out and send it to the Board with the Firm's $20 registration fee within 30 days of the Firm's expiration date. Firms that do not send in new firm registrations may be subject to Board investigation for practicing in Arizona without being registered, in violation of A.R.S. § 32-141.
Once you have obtained the applicable forms, please fill them out completely and mail them, along with the appropriate fee(s), to:
